License Models
Overview of Our License Models
We offer 2 license models. An Enterprise Usage License for commercial use and a GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL) for non-commercial use.
Enterprise License
ProMetronics grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and associated documentation during the license term.
- The licensee reserves the right to use the software for any purpose, including commercial and profit-oriented purposes.
2. The licensee’s subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers also have the right to use the software for the purpose of developing or providing the licensee’s products or services.
3. The licensee has the option to produce and distribute an unlimited number of commercial, profit-oriented products and services that include the aforementioned software.
AGPL License
If you modify the AGPL-licensed software yourself and distribute these modifications or make them available over a network, you must make the source code of these modifications available to recipients under the same AGPL license.
