Christian Pfalz

Head of Sales & Marketing
Co-Founder

Christian has over 20 years of experience in global sales and sales management in the IT and software industry. Most recently, he was responsible for sales of an American publicly traded technology company in Germany / the DACH region as Sales Director. Christian also has entrepreneurial experience through managing his own IT system integration and consulting company.

He holds a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Munich and is the owner of a patent for swarm-based radio networks in the USA and Europe.

Dimitrios Delikonstantis

Head of Data Science

Dimitrios has 8 years of experience as a robotics application engineer and as a data science developer. He has worked internationally in Greece, the Netherlands, and Germany.

Dimitris holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Piraeus – Athens and a BSc in Automation Engineering from the Alexander Technological Institute in Thessaloniki.

Tom Ruban

Tom Ruban is an experienced Silicon Valley expert in the global ICT industry.

Throughout his long career, Tom has continually expanded his expertise in the areas of automation, networking, and security. In his leadership roles at Juniper Networks, where he most recently led global technical sales and solution development from Sunnyvale, California and Munich, Germany, he contributed to optimizing user experience and simplifying customer operations using a combination of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science techniques.

His visionary strategy and ability to build strong customer relationships at CxO levels around the globe have earned him a reputation as a respected top manager in the field of AI in the ICT telecommunications sector.

Since completing his university degree in Computer Science at TU Munich, which laid the foundation for his impressive career, Tom has filed patents in the DNS/IP field and is a mentor for aspiring tech professionals and startup founders. He gladly contributes his knowledge and experience to foster young talents and emerging tech companies. With a keen sense for promising trends, visionary leadership, and passion for technology and excellence, Tom is shaping the future of technology.

Bernd Achatz

Professional experience as Business Development Manager, Technical Director, Director Sales Specialist, Senior Director Solution Engineering, VP Pre Sales and CTO Central Europe.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of being at the forefront of several technological revolutions. My journey began in the mid-1980s at Nixdorf Systemhaus, where I worked with midrange computers, and I experienced the PC revolution firsthand when I moved to a PC manufacturer. There, I built PCs, trained employees, and accompanied the rise of PC networks with Novell. As internetworking gained importance, I joined a consulting firm where I helped organizations design, build, and manage large-scale networks with vendors like Cisco, BayNetworks, and 3Com.

With the advent of the Internet and the establishment of IP as a global standard, I moved to Cisco as an Internetworking Consultant. There, I developed into a security expert and led security projects for global companies. I also took on leadership roles and managed teams in areas such as call centers, helpdesks, and pre-sales as an SE manager. In doing so, I experienced firsthand how the Internet transformed the way people work, communicate, learn, and collaborate.

I pioneered new technologies and led teams in bringing innovations such as mobility, smart devices, and video conferencing to market, which revolutionized collaboration. Later, at Avaya, I took on the leadership of technology and sales teams as a director and advocated for unified communications and network solutions.

With the advent of the cloud, the way companies built networks and applications fundamentally changed. Web browsers became the universal client, apps powered intelligent devices, and social media transformed our way of interaction. As VP and CTO for Central Europe at CA, I navigated through the early days of APIs and security solutions.

Today, as Senior Director of Solution Engineering at F5, I continue to lead teams and shape the next technological revolution: the integration of AI into applications. From networks to security and cloud to AI, my career has been a journey of constant innovation and transformation, and I look forward to continuing to shape the future of technology.
